Booking Policy

Deposit

As stated on the booking page, the deposit is 50% of the service cost and is non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including cancellations by client, no-shows, rescheduling, and late arrivals.

Cancellations

Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit in its entirety. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we strongly encourage you to reschedule for a later date rather than cancel.

In the event that an appointment is canceled by the stylist, the client may choose to receive a full refund of their deposit or reschedule for a later date.

Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit in its entirety. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Prices

As stated on the booking page, all the prices are starting prices and are based on the average person. They vary based on each individual's hair need and desire. So please make sure you have selected all that applies to your hair and the style that you desire to minimize the chance of a price adjustment.

Photography/Videography

By booking an appointment, you agree to being photographed and/or video recorded before, during, and/or after your service. Photos and videos may be used for my portfolio, and promotional purposes to showcase my work, as well as to help clients envision and choose their desired results. If you prefer not to have your face shown, you may opt to block your face.

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees with the terms and conditions above.
